Spring break highlights
We have spent Spring break at home here in Oklahoma for the first time since we moved here in 2006. It has been lots of fun. The weather has been glorious and we have caught up on a lot of chores as well as having fun with the kids.
We have been hiking at Martin Park, visited Daddy at work for breakfast, day tripped to Redrock Canyon State Park and we went to Myriad Gardens in downtown OKC. We have avoided going to the zoo thankfully. I read today that they had 16,000 visitors on Tuesday - yikes way too busy for us.Martin Park

It's been a fun and cheap "stay-cation", we are going back to Scotland for 2 weeks this summer and are saving our pennies for that trip!

Going home this summer! Know the g-parents are excited and that you are too. Good times in OK and great pics too.
Happy days!
I'm jealous of the weather you're having. While it's been sunny, it's still cold and everything is still brown here in Michigan. You always have the most beautiful photos. I'm glad you had a great time.
As much fun as it is to go away it is wonderful to stay at home. Those cheery faces look as happy as they did in Florida last year. Actually the kids photos are really wonderful good job- just lovely. Yes definately warm weather. Thanks for my few minutes vacation.
Looks like the weather was just right!~ Love your new camera! Great pictures!
Your pictures are delightful. It seems as if you had an enjoyable day and that makes me smile.
Looks like grand fun! Happy stay-cationing!
Your daughter looks so much like you!! Lovely photos as always – how do you creep up on a lizard that close?
We've been avoiding the zoo here too... record numbers of people at ours too. I like it when it's quieter than that, I must admit. It looks like you have found some fun places to go anyway! Your summer vacation will be worth it!
..nice set of photos Gilly.. i love the color of the tulips.. and the minimal color to the lizard.. nice shots!
great photos- love seeing them.
Your kids are so darn cute.
Great Photos ! I enjoyed your day trip about the area. Looking forward to your trip to Scotland this summer.
What a fun time. And going back to Scotland this summer will require quite a few extra pennies.
Beautiful shots.
What lovely pictures - love the little gecko/lizard. =)
Beautiful pictures Gill. It looks like you all found plenty to do & see on spring break. Looks like a great time.
You have gathered nice pictures to relate your spring break . They are living .
I like at the top your boy smiling : it seems he gives a smile to the near flower on the right.
I liked also the pictures of spring flowers of your previous post .
Happy times , Gill .
Love
Michel
