Winter break
School broke up yesterday for the Christmas holidays and some germies have come to visit our house already. Poor little lady is stuffed up and has a fever. She is miserable, poor thing she couldn't even keep any tylenol down this morning.
I am glad she didn't get sick yesterday as I would have been very disappointed to miss candy day with Alice and Chris. We all had a fun day and I came home with way too much candy (although my family would argue that, I'm sure!)
Fortunately we have no plans this weekend and we have a good supply of candy to keep our spirits up
. It got pretty chilly here again when another cold front came over today, so I don't mind my little blast furnace cuddling in with me.I got a little further with my desktop computer, my photos are all still there but I can't get on the internet with it. I have plenty memory cards for my camera so once I am up and running you all will have a big pile of photos to wade through!

The soup Mini is for poor little lady. I hope she begins to feel better soon. Do you think this is what her brother had a few days ago? I hope you and hubby don't get it.
@Alice - Thanks Alice, I will show her the mini. I don't think this is what kiddo had a couple of weeks ago. I think this is a upper respiratory infection, her nose is runny, her head hurts and she is feverish. She only threw up once and just a tiny bit after I had given her tylenol on an empty tum.
She ate a little apple sauce whilst the rest of us had turkey pot pie with leftovers from our Thanksgiving bird, it was delicious!
I saw your pictures over on Alice's place. Nice! That sounds like something like Ihave had this week, except I didn't have the stomach problem with it. Throat hurts, headache, cough, cough, cough. temp. I think it is going around. I didn't have much fever today, though, so maybe the worst is over. Hope your girlie feels better soon. Give her lots and lots of candy....then she will be hyper and you will wonder why you did such a thing. lol
It just isn't fair that she should be ill on school break! And at Christmas too. Hopefully she will be over it by Thurs. and none of the rest of you will get it.
Ah... I hope little lady is better! Can't wait to see the pictures you select!
I hope she's soon fighting fit again. Both of us have a very similar thing and feel very rough.
